Kobi Paneer Paratha (कोबी पनीर पराठा)
Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated cabbage (कोबी)
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh paneer
  • 1/2 cup fine chopped coriander (कोथिंबीर)
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp dry coriander/Dhana powder (धने पूड)
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds (तीळ)
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour
  • Cooking oil

Recipe

  1. Mix 1/2 cup grated cabbage, 1/2 cup grated fresh paneer and 1/2 cup fine chopped coriander with all other ingredients except for wheat flour


  2. Leave the mix for about 15 minutes and it becomes a bit wet, now add wheat flour till the mixture becomes thick enough to make paratha dough
  3. Make small size(about 2 inch) balls from the dough and roll thin paratha on a roller using rolling pin similar to how we make rotis
  4. Put little oil on a flat Tava and roast on both sides till paratha becomes slightly brown

Serve Paratha with with Tomato ketchup and green chilly chutney
