Kobi Paneer Paratha (कोबी पनीर पराठा)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated cabbage (कोबी)
- 1/2 cup grated fresh paneer
- 1/2 cup fine chopped coriander (कोथिंबीर)
- 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Jeera powder
- 1 tsp dry coriander/Dhana powder (धने पूड)
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds (तीळ)
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour
- Cooking oil
Recipe
- Mix 1/2 cup grated cabbage, 1/2 cup grated fresh paneer and 1/2 cup fine chopped coriander with all other ingredients except for wheat flour
- Leave the mix for about 15 minutes and it becomes a bit wet, now add wheat flour till the mixture becomes thick enough to make paratha dough
- Make small size(about 2 inch) balls from the dough and roll thin paratha on a roller using rolling pin similar to how we make rotis
- Put little oil on a flat Tava and roast on both sides till paratha becomes slightly brown
Serve Paratha with with Tomato ketchup and green chilly chutney
