Paneer Rolls

Paneer Rolls recipe is very easy to make and my kids simply love this. Its also healthy for kids with Paneer and all the green vegetables that I could add. My friend Manjusha gave me this recipe, so I prepared it and it came out really good.


  • 250 gm fresh paneer
  • 125 gm Sooji (रवा)
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 onion very finely chopped
  • 1/2 small chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp. oil to shallow fry


  1. Add all ingredients except for oil in a bowl and mix well

  2. Divide the mixture in 10/12 equal portions and shape into rolls, flatten the sides

  3. Heat 2 tsp oil in a nonstick frying pan and fry the rolls evenly on both sides till Golden brown

Enjoy hot Paneer Rolls with ketchup and green chutney

    Very interesting snack idea. My son loves paneer but I do not know any snack receipes for paneer. . I am going to try this.
