Sweet Potato Chips (रताळे काप)

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tblspoon Ghee
  • 2 tblspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder(वेलची)
  • 2 tblspoon freshly grated coconut


  1. Peel 2 medium sweet potatoes and make thin round slices
  2. Steam the sweet potato slices in steamer pot for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat 2 tblspoon Ghee in a fry pan on medium heat and add the potato slices
  4. Add sugar to the potato slices and stir lightly till the sugar dissolves
  5. The potato slices will turn golden brown. Now add Cardamom powder and 1 tblspoon freshly graded coconut
